What we're doing...
The lead of this event has 50+ 8/8 mythic clears across multiple toons.
Flying is required- we will provide a summon to Everbloom and Auchindoun all other instances you will be required to get to on your own. Most our toons have spirit lounges and this allows us to get to these places faster then those without is why those summons are provided.
We will be doing 8/8 mythic dungeons in the below order.

you need to be able to pull 25k minimum on bosses
this is not a carry 25k is easy to get at the ilvl required, we know some movement fights lowers dps etc but should never be below 20k. healers are expected to know all their classes abilities, we do use druids roots and roar or bash as stuns interupts, shamans capacitor totems, grounding totems, interupts as well, monks legsweep, priest fear glyphed as it can be used as interrupt on some.
You need to make sure you are fully geared for your spec(example: if you are a dps you should not have bonus armor gear unless you are a glad warrior) you need to be gemmed and enchanted on all pieces that can be, you can use the cheaper ones that is fine.
You need to know your classes interupts and stuns as they will be needed throughout the fights when called for, fights cannot go on for 10 minutes because of not interupting etc. we use vent that means you need to be able to hear when told something do it, if yo are told not to do something because it is done a certain way and you do it anyways that is unnacceptable we want smooth runs and have them down to know how to do that.
If we feel that you keep taking unneccessary damage and dying constantly you will be removed. (example: standing in aoe on ground or not moving for things that you know can kill you)
The end time is an estimate I have no way of knowing how the group will perform. The group has been completing each instance in 15-25 minutes each. If you are limited on time and cant go a little over the end time I would suggest another group.
Invites will start at 15 till and end at 10 till event times if not in group by then you don't go. This is enforced VERY strongly if you cant be on time don't waste my time or yours.
vent will be required and provided at time of event.
players that have gone with me in the past will be given priority. But i also factor in comps. Once you are confirmed you are going you will not be removed for any reason. Priority only applies prior to roster being confirmed.
if you leave the group early regardless of the reason dont expect to get back in very soon. I plan these out as well as 4 other. When you left you just fed 4 others over. If everytime you signed up I left early you wouldnt sign up for my groups either. So for the success of the groups i need dependable people.
Anyone that unsigns with less then 1 hour prior to group also goes on ignore. I would suggest making your plans out better and unsign with plenty of time. It makes it hard for me to make last second adjustments.
