Hello everyone, in this guide I will show you how to cancel an event properly when you need to! :)

Step I
Go to event you want to cancel, hit the 'EDIT' button

Change event NAME to CANCELLED,

Step II

After you have renamed event, scroll down to DESCRIPTION and change it to "Cancelled because XY Reason"
*This is just random reason I have typed to show you how it should look like*

Step III

You should if you have time post same thing you did for DESCRIPTION in comment section of that event.

Step IV

Move all players from Approved and Reserve roster to Not Approved so no rating is given for raid that didn't happen.

Few NOTES:
-Asking yourself why we need to do this? When someone just cancels the raid using the edit button, the raid disappears and often people are left confused about what happened.
-if you left a message on this leader's wall regarding this event, since you were disappointed in the results, we kindly ask that you remove that feedback.
